Linear bushing block: a block housing a linear bushing, with four top holes, for round shafts. Outer dimensions, hole positions and centre height from THK's table. See the README.

Linear bushing block

A block with a linear bushing inside, base on the XY plane, shaft along Y at the centre height J.

Source

THK General Catalog, Linear Bushing, Models SC6 to 30 dimension table (515-1E), https://tech.thk.com/en/products/pdfs/en_a04_094.pdf: height M, width W, length L, hole pitches B and C, tap S x depth l, and centre height J. The shaft bore is the model number's diameter.

These blocks are also sold as SCS8UU and so on. A distributor lists them as one SC(S)...UU series (https://china.org.ru/product/60029255845), so both names find the same preset. Check the drawing of the block you buy.

The block is one solid. The bushing shows only as its outside diameter and a shallow step in each end; the step depth is for looks. The four through-holes S2 from below and the block's corner details aren't modelled. Top hole depth is shortened where it would break into the bore.

Sizes with no table here, SBR open blocks, are listed in COVERAGE.md.

Material: a seller lists these as an aluminium case unit (https://aimsindustrial.com.au/products/samick-linear-bushing-sc-aluminuim-case-unit), but neither that nor THK's table names an alloy or temper, so the part uses aluminum-generic.
